1. Introduction

Welcome to InspirationDailyCorner ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our yacht charter services and website located at inspirationdailycorner.sbs (the "Service") operated by InspirationDailyCorner.

By booking a charter or accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access the Service.

2. Service Overview

InspirationDailyCorner offers various yacht charter services, including but not limited to:

• Daily yacht rentals
• Sunset cruises
• Corporate retreats
• Private events
• Multi-day charters

Availability of services is contingent upon weather conditions and we reserve the right to modify or cancel services at any time without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For booking a charter, requirements are:

• A minimum age of 18 years
• Accurate and complete submission of information
• Payment of the mandatory deposit as indicated in your booking confirmation
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A reservation is only confirmed with payment receipt and our emailed confirmation. At our discretion, we may decline service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Your charter is subject to vessel availability and appropriate weather conditions. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your booking preferences.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the charter cost is required when booking
• Final Payment: Must be made 48 hours before the charter departs
• Any additional fees (if applicable): Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments can be made using major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified checks via secure and encrypted processing methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If cancelled more than 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
• If cancelled between 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
• If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure: No refund is provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case the captain deems weather conditions unsafe, we will propose to:

• Reschedule the charter to another available date at no additional charge
• Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should mechanical issues arise with your assigned vessel, our aim is to offer an appropriate replacement. When an alternative is not available, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

It is mandatory for all passengers to:

• Adhere to instructions from the crew
• Use provided safety gear as necessary
• Inform of any medical conditions that could affect their safety
• Stay within designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

Items not allowed on board include:

• Glassware
• Controlled substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Excessive quantities of drinks beyond reasonable personal consumption
• Pets (unless pre-arranged)

6.3 Conduct

Passenger behavior should be civil and respectful. A charter can be terminated prematurely without a refund if a passenger's conduct is deemed a safety risk or disrupts other passengers.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We are liable up to the amount paid for the charter. We are not responsible for:

• Injuries caused by passenger negligence
• Theft or damage to personal belongings
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Delays arising from weather or uncontrollable circumstances

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our operations are covered by comprehensive marine insurance. Passengers are urged to have their own travel and personal insurance plans.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our yacht services means you understand that maritime activities carry intrinsic dangers and you assume personal responsibility for your safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We may alter itineraries, paths, or timetables due to weather, safety, or operational demands. We will endeavor to offer equivalent alternatives whenever possible.

9. Force Majeure

We are not accountable for any hold-ups or changes stemming from events outside our authority, including, but not restricted to:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Regulatory changes
• Harbor shutdowns
• Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is managed as stipulated in our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services implies acceptance of data collection and use as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, which includes text, visuals, trademarks, and images, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark legislations. Any reproduction, distribution, or production of derivatives requires our explicit consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are regulated by the laws of Finland. All disputes will be adjudicated in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
